General provisions.

1.1 These Terms and Conditions for purchasing Goods (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) are a binding legal document between the parties, which sets out the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the conditions for the purchase of the Goods and the conditions of payment for the Goods, the procedure for the delivery of the Goods and for the return of the Goods, the parties’ liability and other provisions relating to the purchase of Goods.

1.2 By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he/she accepts these Terms and Conditions.

1.3 The contract between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed to be concluded from the moment the Buyer pays the required amount for the goods purchased.

Protection of personal data.

2.1 By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of the personal data provided by him/her for the purposes of the execution of the order. The Buyer also consents to the sending of information messages to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer, which are necessary for the execution of the order.

2.2 The Seller does not disclose the Buyer’s personal data to third parties, except when required by a competent public authority.

Buyer’s rights and obligations.

3.1 The Buyer undertakes to pay the Seller the agreed amount for the ordered goods and to accept them.

3.2 Provide full, complete and correct information to the Seller. If the Buyer provides inaccurate, false or misleading information, the Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer’s order.

3.3 In the event of any change in the Buyer’s details provided to the Seller, the Buyer must notify the Seller immediately.

3.4 By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to these Terms and Conditions and undertakes to abide by them and by the applicable legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.

Seller’s rights and obligations.

4.1 The Seller undertakes to provide all the conditions for the Buyer to make proper use of the services provided.

4.2 The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s right to privacy with regard to the Buyer’s personal information and not to disclose it to third parties.

4.3 The Seller may, in the event of serious circumstances, temporarily or permanently discontinue the operation of the website without prior notice to the Buyer.

5.1 The Buyer can place orders 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Delivery of goods.

6.1 The Buyer undertakes to specify the exact place of delivery.

6.2 The Buyer undertakes to accept delivery of the goods himself. In the event that the Buyer is unable to take delivery of the Goods himself and the Goods are delivered to the address specified, the Buyer shall not be entitled to claim against the Seller for delivery of the Goods to the wrong person.

6.3 The goods are delivered to one of the pick-up terminals of "Omniva" or "LP Express" specified by the buyer.

6.4 The Goods shall be delivered to the Buyer within 1-5 working days after payment.

6.5 In Lithuania, the goods are delivered within 1-5 working days. Delivery times vary abroad, please contact us personally for delivery times.

6.6 In all cases, the Seller shall be exempt from liability for failure to meet delivery deadlines if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to the Buyer’s fault or due to circumstances beyond the control of the Seller.

6.7 The Buyer shall immediately inform the Seller if the goods received are in damaged packaging, if the package contains unsolicited goods or the wrong quantity of goods.

6.8 The Buyer must provide the Seller with photographs of the damaged parcel and/or item(s) by email.

6.9 If the Goods are returned to the Seller due to an incorrect or inaccurate address or if the Goods are returned to the Seller without having been collected from the terminal within the maximum retention period, the Buyer shall be liable to pay the Seller the cost of re-shipment and, if the Goods have been returned from the terminal or by a courier, the Seller shall pay the Seller’s costs of return. If the Buyer refuses to accept the re-shipment (i.e. if the Buyer requests a refund), the money for the re-shipment shall not be refunded to the Buyer.

Quality of goods, guarantees.

7.1 All particulars of the goods sold on shall be outlined in the description of each item.

7.2 The Seller may provide an appropriate quality guarantee for individual types of Goods, the specific term and other conditions of which are specified in the description of the Goods.

Final provisions.

8.1 These Terms and Conditions for Purchasing Goods have been outlined in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania.

8.2 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. All disagreements arising from these Rules shall be settled by negotiation. In the event of failure to reach an agreement, disagreements shall be settled in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
